The daily maintenance of the motor shell is very important to reduce and avoid the failure of the motor in operation, among which the most important link is to inspect the circuit and eliminate the causes of any abnormal phenomena in time. Water, oil, dust and so on are not allowed inside the motor, and the dust inside and outside the motor should be removed regularly. Note that the load current does not exceed the rated value. Pay attention to check bearing fever, oil leakage and other conditions, especially to fuel according to the provisions. The temperature rise of the motor must not exceed the rated value. 1. When the thermal protection of the aluminum shell motor takes place continuously, it should be found out that the fault comes from the aluminum shell motor or overload or the setting value of the protection device is too low. After eliminating the fault, it can be put into operation.
2, the use of the environment should always be kept dry, the motor surface should be kept clean, the air inlet should not be dust, fiber and other obstacles.
3. When the life of the bearing is over, the vibration and noise of the motor operation will increase significantly. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following values, the bearing should be replaced.
4. Good lubrication of aluminum shell motor should be guaranteed during operation. General motor operation for about 5000 hours, that is, should be added or replaced grease, bearing overheating or lubrication deterioration found in the operation, hydraulic grease in time. When replacing the grease, the old lubricating oil should be removed, and the oil groove of the bearing and the bearing cover should be cleaned with gasoline, and then the ZL-3 lithium grease is filled with 1/2(for 2 poles) and 2/3(for 4, 6 and 8 poles) of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing.
5, replace the winding must write down the form of the original winding, size and the number of turns, wire gauge, etc., when lost these data, should be obtained from the manufacturer, free to change the original design of the winding, often make the aluminum shell motor one or several performance deterioration, even can not be used.
6. When the motor is removed, the rotor can be removed from the shaft extension end or non-extension end. If it is not necessary to remove the fan, it is more convenient to remove the rotor from the non-shaft extension end. When withdrawing the rotor from the stator, damage to the stator windings or insulation should be prevented.
